OMNIBEES SOLUÇÕES EM TECNOLOGIA E MARKETING HOTELEIRO LTDA., a private legal entity registered with the CNPJ under No. 60.062.296/0001-05, headquartered in São Paulo/SP (“OMNIBEES”), we understand that the records electronic and personal data left by you (“User”) in the use of the various websites and services (“Pages”) of OMNIBEES, serving this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to regulate, in a simple, transparent and objective way, which data and information will be obtained, as well as when they can be used.

This Policy applies to Pages related to any of the OMNIBEES brands, understanding as such all those listed on the 0MNIBEES official website, at https://www.omnibees.com/, encompassing all its products.

To better illustrate how we process data, we present a summary of our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”):

I. WHAT DATA WE USE

OMNIBEES may collect the information actively entered by the User at the time of registration and also information collected automatically when using the pages and the network, such as, for example, identification of the commercial establishment used, IP with date and time of connection, among others. others.
Therefore, two types of personal data are processed: (i) those provided by the User; and (ii) those collected automatically.

(i) Information provided by the User: OMNIBEES collects all information actively entered by the User on the Pages, such as full name, email, gender, date of birth, city and state, when filling out forms on the Pages by the User. OMNIBEES will use this information to promote the dissemination of advertising material, promotions, discounts, events and loyalty programs, as well as to carry out a satisfaction survey.

II. COMO UTILIZAMOS OS DADOS

OMNIBEES may centralize the information collected on the Pages, which may be used in Pages and services related to all OMNIBEES brands, respecting the purposes set forth herein and the User’s consent.

Legal Basis: In these cases, data processing is authorized by item I of article 7 of Law No. 13,709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (“General Data Protection Law – LGPD”).

III. WHO WE WILL SHARE THE DATA WITH

OMNIBEES is an economic group that works in partnership with several companies. In this way, you can share the information collected through the Pages, in the following cases:

i. With other companies of the OMNIBEES Group, incorporated or operating in any country, which undertake to use the information for the same purposes indicated in this Policy;

ii. With partner companies, in the development of OMNIBEES’ commercial activities;

iii. To protect the interests of OMNIBEES in any type of conflict, including lawsuits;

iv. In the case of transactions and corporate changes involving OMNIBEES, in which case the transfer of information will be necessary for the continuity of services; or,

v. OMNBIEES adopts the best efforts to preserve the privacy of Users’ data. However, no website is completely secure and OMNIBEES cannot fully guarantee that all information that travels on the Pages will not be subject to unauthorized access perpetrated through methods developed to obtain information improperly. For this reason, we encourage Users to take appropriate measures to protect themselves, such as keeping all usernames and passwords confidential.

V. RETENTION OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

The information collected by OMNBIEES through the Pages will be automatically deleted from its servers when they are no longer useful for the purposes for which they were collected, or when the user requests the elimination of their personal data.

Without prejudice, the information may be kept for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, transfer to a third party – provided that the data processing requirements are respected – and exclusive use of OMNBIEES, its access by third parties being prohibited, provided they are anonymized.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

In compliance with the applicable regulations, with regard to the processing of personal data, OMNIBEES respects and guarantees the User the possibility of submitting requests based on the following rights:

i) confirmation of the existence of treatment;

ii) access to data;

iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

iv) the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or non-conforming data;

v) deletion of data processed with the User’s consent;

vi) obtaining information about the public or private entities with which OMNIBEES has shared its data;

vii) information about the possibility of not providing your consent, as well as being informed about the consequences, in case of refusal;

ix) revocation of consent.

The User is aware that the deletion of essential information for the management of his account with OMNIBEES will imply the termination of his registration, with consequent cancellation of the services provided.

OMNIBEES will make every effort to fulfill such requests in the shortest possible time. However, even in the event of an exclusion request, the minimum period for storing information from users of Internet applications, determined by Brazilian legislation, will be respected.
